Stelvio 21 is modern loft with indoor pool located in the "Isola area" very close to Porta Nuova (new Milan Skyline); lively and trendy part of Milan with a lot of bars and restaurants. 6 Guests - 3 bedrooms - 2 bathrooms The loft can also be rented for photoshoots. NOT ALLOWED PARTIES NO EXTRA PEOPLE The loft is modern and bright, it is split on three levels with large spaces. On the ground floor fully equipped open plan kitchen and living room with L shape sofa and dining table (6 guests). In the basement relaxing area, heated indoor pool (5X2.5) with jacuzzi, 65'' TV, bar; access to en suite double bedroom with steam room. On the first floor there is a large relaxing area with two double bedrooms. The guests can access all spaces in the loft and use all the facilities: - Hig speed WIFI - SKY TV - Netflix - Playstation4 - Washing machine - Coffee machine We are nearby to help with all your needs. On the one hand there is the Isola district - which conserves its own independent identity - and on the other the newly redeveloped Porta Nuova district that has changed the face of a large portion of Milan, fostering new connections between places that were previously completely separated. And then there is Porta Garibaldi with its buzzing nightlife and Cimitero Monumentale, Milan’s open-air museum. Easy access to public transports (buses and tube). We are in VIALE STELVIO 21, in zone 9 Isola, Porta Nuova, Garibaldi. Indipendent house in good condition, in a good residential area in a quiet, even at night, mainly inhabited by italian families. The area is well served, at few steps there is Porta Nuova, Stazione Garibaldi, Ospedale. The subway M3-M5 Zara is at only 300 meters, at around 4 minutes walk.
