Kitchenette with Sm fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kitchen sink, glasses, dishes, pot, pan & stocked with amenities (no stove) Private bathroom w/ stall shower, sink, commode & stocked w/ amenities Dining table inside & outside on deck, mountain views & gas BBQ A little bit about us: Sierra Mountain Lodge - We offer 7 private, one bedroom, two bedroom & studio suites in a quiet country oasis just outside of Yosemite National Park. We are centrally located between the El Portal Entrance & Southern Entrance, in Ahwahnee Ca. one block off of Historic Hwy 49 We are family friendly for kids over 5. NO Pets or Indoor Smoking / vaping permitted. Outdoor smoking permitted when done safely. We are located in a 5 acre minimum neighborhood. Considered a safe family environment, with beautiful views & a peaceful atmosphere. Quick Fact: We charge a small upfront cleaning fee. However, If an excessive mess is left we do charge $50 an hour for clean up. This amount will be deducted from the security deposit. We do not permit pets. We do not permit indoor smoking, this includes Vaping. We do not permit guests bring their own cooking appliances and cook indoor or on our decks. (microwave cooking/heating is permitted) ANY guest who smokes, brings their own appliances and cooks indoors/on decks or allows pets indoors will be charged a minimum $100.00 cleaning fee.
