The Apartment entirely and finely renovated, located in the heart of the historic center a stone's throw from important cultural and landscape sites (Giardini della Minerva 70m, Conservatory 100m, Historical Archive 50m, Sentiero del Principe 300m, Luci d'Artista 0km, Salerno Cathedral 400m, Medieval Aqueduct 850m, Arechi Castle 2km etc.), offers an independent entrance with a small space in front of the door, equipped with a wall table, where you can drink a coffee, a beer and enjoy the beauty of the ramps. Through the electronic armored door, you enter the ground floor consisting of a spacious living room with sofa bed and 55'' 4K Smart TV; a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, kettle, microwave oven as well as various crockery. A bathroom with a large shower walled in majolica and heated towel rails to heat your towels, and finally a laundry area with washing machine. A staircase leads to a large bedroom with vaulted ceiling, among the services: Queen Size orthopedic mattress (160x200), Smart TV 40'' ultra HD, open wardrobe. The bedroom leads to a small terrace overlooking the ramps and the characteristic square, equipped with a table and chairs. Guests will be able to enjoy the tranquility of the pedestrian area and the ancient charm that the historic center offers, especially in the evening when the warm street lamps illuminate the elegant buildings creating spectacular plays of light and shadow. The apartment has been renovated with the use of modern materials and technologies, respecting the ancient structure of the walls (1800), of the fixtures, of the external terracotta floors, of the marble of the internal stairs and in the colors of the facade. As for the furnishings, the ground floor is inspired by the industrial minimal with its white walls and stoneware parquet. The upper floor, on the other hand, refers to the Vietrese tradition, widely visible in the decorations of the flooring and furnishings but also in the color used in the flight of stairs which refers to our blue and clear seas. Leaving the apartment, turning left, through a flight of stairs, you arrive on Via Salvatore de Renzi from which you can admire a breathtaking view of the entire Gulf of Salerno, embraced on one side by the Amalfi coast, on the other by the 'amazing Cilento.
