You get the full house on it's own lot in North Park, a convenient pet and family friendly area. Fenced back yard. Other things to noteA walking neighborhood. 5 minutes to a coffee shop, Brewery and small markets! Don't miss Thorn St. Brewing, just a block away, Santos Coffee, just across the street, and then Parkside Market, a complete neighborhood market also on Thorn St. Walk eight minutes and you will hit 30th St., which has "Taco Stand" (a great and authentic Mexican restaurant -- good prices too) Alexander's (Italian white table cloth), a sushi bar, cocktail bar, Modern Times Brewing, plus noodle place and Influx coffee house (great).
This house is in a quiet neighborhood, close to the action but still far enough to have parking on the street if you need it.
Off street parking in driveway for any car less than 174" long.
