The space This house offers plenty of space for everyone in the family, room for everyone. Two separate entertaining rooms on separate floors makes it perfect for every enjoy their time. House is on a quite residential street, allowing it to be close to all the local amenities yet set back from the traffic. Guest access House has a deck off the kitchen that can be used for grill and can fit couple chairs. There is a yard space to the left and back of the house that can be used for outside seating. There is an attached garage that can be used by the guest to store their items like bikes, skis, etc. Other things to note Please respect the quite time. No outdoor gathering between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. If you will be charging your Electric Vehicle at this property please let us know before your check-in. We do not have a dedicated charging port at the house, but there an exterior outlet next to garage door. There is an additional charge of $35 per night for charging the electric vehicle. If we notice guest charging their electric vehicle without informing us a $35 per night charge will be automatically added to your reservation. There are charging stations at Hannaford market that's around 2 miles from this house. We allow monthly rentals for winter season, beginning of December to end of March. We provide option to book a month or the entire winter season, if there are no other bookings already in place.
