Tea & Coffee Included
The house is light, and airy and nestled in a very quiet and private waterfront property, with a huge outdoor decks, hot tub. It is peaceful and private and has a great view of the water from the house.
You can access your bedroom and all other living spaces in the house. Shared bathroom downstairs.
It is three bedroom house so please respect the private space of others. Feel free to use the kitchen to cook your own meals.
There is plenty of off street parking available on the property.
I live on the property, but respect our guests´ full privacy. I am happy to help if you want.
Titirangi is considered the access village to the surf beaches of the west coast.
Titirangi village about a 20 min walk, which offers a choice of markets, cafe's, supermarket, bars and restaurants.
We are part of the Waitakere Ranges, a protected area of outstanding beauty with plenty of bush and coastal walks.
We recommend visitors to travel by car. The property is 5 minutes driving distance from the village and approx 35 minutes walking distance. There is also a bus stop at the end of the Wood Bay Rd & Takahe Rd
If you wanted to experience other parts of Auckland, the city is a 25 minutes Drive or hop on the Train/Bus @ New Lynn which is a 10min drive.
25 minutes from Auckland Airport by car, or you can book a shuttle bus online.
