The apartment has its own private entrance, with plenty of parking. The living room area is large enough for the available air mattress to accommodate additional guests. The full kitchen includes cooking hardware, microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee pot, and dishwasher. The space Our property is new construction and surrounded by numerous The Walking Dead filming locations. In May 2019 they filmed an episode on the road directly in front of the property. It is 10 miles from downtown Senoia; home to restaurants, shopping, and the main filming location of Alexandria\Woodbury, featured on The Walking Dead. Guest access We have 125 acres of land which includes a large yard and acres of woods on the property. We host many guests supporting our local films, who work through the night. The apartment is secluded from the rest of the home, so feel free to come go at any hour needed, without disturbing anyone. Other things to note ** Door code and guest WIFI password is provided under 'Guest Resources' as soon as you have a confirmed reservation. Please take note of these before you arrive. We are on the edge of cell phone coverage and you may not have a signal to look up the information until you connect to WIFI. • FULLY furnished, ALL inclusive. High speed internet, Netflix, YouTube TV, basic HD local TV, Convenient to Senoia (10-12 minutes south). o Veterans ALWAYS welcome. • The pictures of this unit do NOT do it justice. This space is a LOT bigger than it looks in the pictures. This unit is PERFECT for a single professional. • If you want to consume large quantities of alcohol, play loud music and have wild parties until 3am . . . THIS is NOT the rental unit for YOU! If you are looking for private, discreet country living convenient to Senoia, Peachtree City, etc.. THIS is the apartment for you! There is an abundance of wildlife (turkey, deer, hawks, etc..) on the property and the ONLY sounds you’ll hear are the sounds of crickets, frogs and nature. No sirens or traffic here in Alvaton! The apartment is situated above a detached over-sized double garage that’s heated/cooled. There is a separate private entrance with security cameras.$
