Brand new, this house near the beach has a backyard with barbecue and a decoration thought with great affection. We believe that a nice, sustainable home doesn't have to be expensive, so we designed this house and we are always improving it.

This beautiful house near the beach has a garden in the backyard, where you can stay with family and friends, lie in the hammock and watch the day dawn or set. Ideal for families, this home is designed to be as cozy as possible, with beautiful décor, varied kitchen items and lots of windows to make the house always bright and fresh. The shower, in addition to strong, are heated by solar plates and the two bedrooms have powerful and silent air conditioning. This way you can come back from the beach or a trail and rest in comfort. In addition, the house is mostly accessible to people with reduced mobility.

We usually ask guests to bring their sheets and towels as we think this is more sustainable to the local ecosystem (so guests can reuse their items and wash them as usual, while to offer guests much more water is needed). , energy and chemicals than normal, to make them flawless, and the result eventually returns to the island's basement). However, we know that not all guests can bring them. One way we found encouraging guests to bring their items was by renting the items separately.

Each package of single sheets (serving one person) costs 25 reais. Each package of double sheets (serving two people) costs 35 reais. And each towel costs 8 reais.

We realized that one of the reasons of most spent of energy, water, time and chemical products is the laundry. Also, we're a small family taking care of the houses and we want to be sure everything is perfect for you. So, to make the rent much more sustainable for local environment, more affordable to everyone, and also to leave us more time to take better care of the garden, the maintenance of the houses and improving of decoration, we ask the guests to bring their own bed sheets and towels. We highly recommend the guests to do it. However, we know it is not possible for all to bring their own. So, we rent the bedding sets and towels apart. The pack of double sheets (which serves two people) costs 35 reais. The pack of single sheets (which serves one person) costs 25 reais. Each towel costs 8 reais. Let us know if needed and we provide them for you. You pay for the pack, no per day, ok? It means you add this cost to total amount of rent, not for each day of rental.
Attention! Our prices and promotions are usually for a week. If you have seen the house for a smaller amount and then it has increased it is probably because a promotion has expired. So, do not leave for later what can be booked now, right?

Guests can reach Ilha Grande by Angra dos Reis (or just Angra), Conceição de Jacareí (or Conceição) or Mangaratiba.
In Angra, it is possible to take the ferry from Monday to Friday at 15:30 and on weekends at 13:30. It is also possible to come by flexboats, which leaves constantly and the last time is usually 18h.
From Conceição de Jacareí, flexboats depart often, at least every hour. Also, transfer services usually go through Conceição. In Mangaratiba, it is possible to take the ferry on Fridays at 22:00 and Saturday at 8:00. Ferries are the cheapest options to get to the island, but they are also the longest.
