The private patio is located off off the family room.<br><br>Guest Access:<br>Guests have access to the upper flat, as well as the private back deck area. The backyard is used by the property owners, so if you have your dog with you please make use of the front yard.<br><br>The Neighborhood:<br>Being in the South allows guests to be walking distance to Point Pleasant Park, the local universities (Saint Mary's, Dalhousie, King's), the hospitals and the waterfront.
