The ring road in Beijing is a mark of urban development. My family is located on the edge of the North Third Ring Road. It is only a short distance from the Erhuan Deshengmen Station of the Second Ring Road in the Old Town, the Ya'ao area of the Fourth Ring Road, the Bird's Nest and the National Convention Center.
The surrounding key universities are Lin Li, Beijing Normal University, Beiying, Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, only walking distance, not far from the Central University of Finance and Economics, China Conservatory of Music, University of International Business and Economics, Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Beijing University of Science and Technology and other universities only 15 minutes By car.
Although it is located in the prosperous area of the North Third Ring Road, it is still surrounded by green areas, next to the Madian Park, with spring flowers and green grass in summer.
My apartment is located at the intersection between North 3rd Ring Road and the Beijing-Tibet Expressway. It's walking distance to several famous Universities such as Beijing Normal University, Beijing Film University, Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications
At night, the bright light from the car flow on high-speed road becomes the beautiful and charming line. You can just sit down on the sofa chair and have cup of wine to enjoy this moment.
But don't worry about the noise from the high-speed road as the Madian Park prevents the sound from the vehicle.
My room is a new tower in early 2012, facing southwest. In the evening, I can overlook the sunset of Xishan. In the evening, I overlook the flowing lights on the ring road and bring my own elevator. Open the door with a smart door lock, it can be seen that the 55 square meter large open room is simple and clean. The kitchen is a popular open kitchen. In addition to washing, the bathroom also has a bright shower room. Although space is limited, washing machines, refrigerators, hoods, microwave ovens, German water filters, toasters and kettles are all available. At the same time, there is a simple cooking seasoning, which is convenient for you to cook at home.
The room was built in 2012 with elevator. The door is equipped with smart lock. The space for this room is 55 sqm without any partition. You can enjoy the open space and the cozy environment. The whole room is newly renovated. In the kitchen , the offer of microwave, refrigerator and other cooking tools. It's convenient for you if you plan to cook some foods by yourself. The hot water is 24 hours for shower.
The window is face to the west, therefore, evening time, you may see the gorgeous sunset at the top of western mountain near Beijing city.
There is no separation between the indoor activity area and the sleeping area. The bed in the sleeping area is 180cm X 200cm, which can sleep two adults. The sofa bed in the activity area (150cm X 200 cm) is also suitable for two adults to sleep, but in order to ensure a comfortable space, it is recommended to accommodate up to three people.
The size of bed is 180cm X 200 cm. Besides, the sofa bed (150cm X 200cm) is also available in my room. In order to make sure you have very confortable stay, our recommendation is 3 adults for this room.
