Huaihai Middle Rd is the heart of Shanghai's French Concession from Qing dynasty, witch nowadays is the most fashion street with lots flagship stores. The apartment was brick and timber structure constructed in 1912 and renewed in 2015 according to its original Annie style.
My house is in the back yard of this apartment. The yard in front of my room is as big as 30sqm, which you can enjoy just by yourself. It is a quiet yard where you can only hear the sound of falling leaves, in such circumstance you could travel back to 1912’s cozy time from 2016' metropolis in 1 min. The room is extremely comfortable. Besides a queen’s bed, there is also an Ikea pull out sofa bed, both of which comfortably accommodates 2 people. The room is stocked with high-quality Chinese tea and a traditional tea pot which you can use. The bathroom is very big, clean functional, which is recently renovated.
