The newly renovated kitchen has granite counter tops, hardwood cabinets, a stainless steel four burner stove and oven, microwave, a full sized stainless steel refrigerator and all the small appliances and cookware you will need to prepare for a meal or to recreate the local Tico cuisine, all in the comfort of your very own condo. The open-concept dining area, with a hardwood dining table, and both booth and traditional seating can accommodate 6+ people, which makes it a great area for entertaining!<br><br>Beyond the open double archways is the living area, which features a custom-made trundle daybed. The daybed can be converted to 2 twin beds or an additional king sized bed. Each bed has a twin size mattress and a memory foam topper for additional comfort. There is additional seating and a flat screen TV, as well as high-speed internet throughout the unit.<br><br>The bedroom features a king sized bed with a pillow-top mattress and memory foam topper. The newly renovated bathroom has a beautiful stone tiled shower and granite counter top.<br><br>This unit comfortably sleeps up to 4 people. In addition, a twin-sized raised, inflatable mattress can be set up, upon request, to accommodate another individual for a maximum occupancy of 5. This suite is equipped with 3 ceiling fans, as well as 2 A/C units located in the bedroom and in the living area. In addition placed in the unit is a dehumidifier, an electrical device that reduces and maintains humidity levels in the air. This appliance is to eliminate musty odors and to prevent the growth of mildew, keeping the room fresh and mold free.<br><br>Contact us for detailed information about our other unit which is located directly below our this one and connected by an outside stairway. Both units are separate and have a private entrance. There is a rod iron gate providing separation from the other units.<br><br>Both units have two sets of floor to ceiling tri-fold doors open to a Juliet balcony offering views of the Pacific Ocean, Cathedral Point and dense rainforest that surround our complex. Macaws, sloths, and monkeys migrate through these very trees and can be spotted right from the comfort our suites. There is also a hammock which can easily be set up to relax and enjoy the view in your slice of paradise. Just down the stairs from our units is a pool to cool off after a day of adventure tours which can be arranged by our personal concierge. Just up the stairs is our on-site, ocean view restaurant.<br><br>As of Dec 1 2021, pool is closed for renovation. Inquire within. Thank you.")
