The close connection to the A3 and A565 (each about 20 minutes) also offers a very good starting position for business travelers. Cycling on quiet side streets invite you to sporting activities. Access to a regional hiking route is in the immediate vicinity. We have a wide range of information material available for other hiking destinations. We would be happy to give you personal tips, if you wish. The proximity to Cologne and Bonn invites to shopping tours and many cultural offers. The comfortably furnished apartment is suitable for 2 adults with a child, and offers about 80 sqm 1 double bedroom (bed size 1.80x2.00m separate mattresses) with directly adjacent daylight bathroom / toilet with bath and shower partition 1 single room (bed size 1.40x2.00m continuous mattress) with the possibility of using a guest toilet on the ground floor of the owner. A large open living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table with 4 chairs and a cozy sitting area with TV. In the large garden there is a seating area with a grill and garden furniture for our guests. Free parking space for cars and lockable space for bicycles are available at the house. Bed linen, hand and kitchen towels are included. The apartment is equipped with free WiFi and satellite TV. The things of everyday life such as B. Spices, cleaning detergent, cleaning cloths etc., as well as the ingredients for the first breakfast are available. A shared use of the owner's washing machine is possible by arrangement.
