$Our beautiful bungalow is finished in woods, ideal for couples who like comfort and tourism. It has a nice view to the well-kept garden of 200 m. It is independent of the main house and it is located in a safe and quiet residential subdivision on the Boulevard Tequisquiapan. Peña de Bernal has a park next to it and the cycle path or track to walk to the middle of the street in 10 minutes. The center of Tequisquiapan Magic village, 15 minutes from the Freixenet cavas and 35 minutes from the famous GÉISER of Tecozautla Querétaro is 40 minutes. Come on! The bungalow shares the garden of 200 m with another one but generally the guests do not coincide with the others they are very independent both spaces, the main house where the Bungalo belongs, is usually unoccupied The bungalow is part of our house "Hacienda la Llave" so you have access to the garden and common areas as a terrace. We do not live in that house, however, we will be available for what is offered through the phone and the application. We are located in a beautiful residential neighborhood! It has green areas and security 24 hours. Right at the entrance of the fractionation, passes a collective taxi, which can take you to the center of Tequisquiapan or vineyards such as La Redonda and Freixenet, its cost may vary but normally has a cost of $ 15.00 pesos per person. If you have a car, you will not have problems moving.$

The fractionation of the Golf Club is totally closed and with controlled access for your total security If you like jogging or walking, take a wonderful spin inside the fractionation enjoying walking or running around! We have a lady who does all the demographic and food service if you wish at a very reasonable extra cost (direct with her) The assistance staff lives very close and is available for any assistance you require In the center of Tequisquiapan there are many restaurants of different tastes and prices, crafts and several wineries of Wines and Cheeses very close. Bernal is very close to visit it. The house is within the Club de Golf Tequisquiapan Fractionation. It has a guardhouse and it is a very safe and quiet place.$

As hosts, THE ENTRANCE IS AUTONOMOUS, we like to welcome you, via telephone or virtual call, we are attentive to any requirement to give you a complete solution The Residencial is well connected to the flower of the main boulevard San Juan del Rio - Ezequiel Montes-Jalpan only to cross it to reach several of the most famous vineyards: "Los Rosales", La Redonda "28 min from the CAVAS FREIXENET", where the JAZZ and vintage festivals are only minutes away. 30 min from the PEÑA DE BERNAL and the famous GEISER of Tecozautla and other hot springs are not more than 55 min. It is reached by car to the front door and vehicles are left on the sidewalk without any danger as it is a closed fraction and parking space is very large thanks to the aforementioned park. But there is also a taxi service and buses at the entrance of the subdivision.
