The condo is also decked out with all new high-end sheets, pillows, comforters, towels and beach towels. Over the course of 2018 we also replaced the A/C units, installed new remote-controlled ceiling fans, replaced all recessed lighting with LED panel lights and added a new built-in pantry and 30” convection wall oven. You should note that ovens are somewhat rare in these condos as they were not included in the original construction.<br><br>Oh yeah, we even replaced the front door!<br><br> <br>We are still making upgrades with every visit and a few more planned over the summer of 2019 as we continue to transform our condo into a “beachfront paradise” to be enjoyed by all who visit! <br><br> <br>To make sure you also enjoy the total rental experience, we've partnered with experienced top-tier leasing managers, Jill & Al Forster, and local property manager, Claudia. There are even electric scooters available for rent from your cellphone; they are located frequently along the main roads in the area and are a fun, inexpensive way to get around.
