The basement has also space next to the heater to store and dry the boots/skies and there is a work bench.<br><br><br><br><br><br>In front of the entrance is one free parking space, with additional free parking in 2-minute walking distance.<br><br><br><br><br><br>The apartment is ideally situated for all activities: Within a 3-minute walk is the bus stop for a short ride to the bottom of Weisse Arena (Flims – Laax – Falera), a boundless winter and summer paradise for skiing (224 km of ski runs), biking and hiking; walk a short distance to the cross country tracks or 19 hole Sagogn golf course in the summer; start your regular- or mountain bike ride in any direction; drive a short distance to the Rhein for river rafting, kayaking, swimming/playing at the water or grilling sausage over a driftwood fire. There are a variety of longer or shorter hikes that let you experience the beautiful nearby Rhein canyon or mountains in the region. You may also just take an easy walk in or around the historic village, with background sounds of goat bells or bleating sheep.<br><br><br><br><br><br>Local food and drink can be enjoyed across the street at Stiva Grischun or at the nearby golf club.
