The gates open onto the Tarka trail and its only a short walk or cycle to Barnstaple town centre or local pubs and cafe's. Little Barn has its own private courtyard and looks out over a fields and the River taw. Warm and cosy, it has all the facilities for a short break or a longer holiday exploring all that North Devon has to offer. The property offers parking onsite but if travelling by public transport is easily accessible from the bus or train station (15 mins walk, 5 mins drive). There is locakable storage for bikes, surf boards and wetsuits and a BBQ for when the Devon weather behaves itself! On site there are chickens, lambs and small petting animals and an impressive vegetable garden. As well as the complimentary tea and coffee, we can offer a veg box of fresh seasonal vegtables and free range chicken eggs by prior arrangement.$
