Separate shower room, hairdryer, shaver point.<br>All bedding and towels are provided and there are no hidden extras.<br>This is a perfect location for walks in the Forestry Commission Woods just around the corner or a trip to one of the many beaches, Perranporth just 9 miles and Falmouth 12 miles.<br>By car the Centre of Truro is 5 minutes drive - there is no public transport.<br><br>Large windows that open out onto the garden make it cool in summer but with underfloor heating for the cooler days. <br>There is an outside sitting area and drying facilities. Storage available for bikes or surfboards and off road parking.<br>Our brand new Theatre Hall for Cornwall is now open and there are many wonderful shows.
