$Enjoy hotel type service at fraction of the cost. My warm and inviting space is literally minutes 7-10 min. from BOI, 12-15 min from downtown Boise and 20 minutes from everywhere else. Whether you've got a business meeting, are transitioning to the area, have a BSU student you're visiting or just passing through. You'll find my home is incredibly clean, comfortable and perfectly located to everything! I look forward to hosting you!! If you've read my reviews you might be able to tell there's just something special about Simple w/ a Twist. I think its because I really like people and providing the best customer service because everyone deserves it. My comfortable 1970s split level home is located on the upper bench area of south Boise just up the road from Hillcrest Golf Course and VERY close to the Boise airport. The full kitchenette offers access to the backyard incase you’re traveling with your furry baby. The common living room offers a 41" flat-screen with DVD's games and movies provided for your viewing pleasure. Stream all the video you like with the provided Chromecast or indulge in the few local channels we provide free of charge via our fancy antenna;) One of the unique things about staying at my home is the privacy it provides even though the space is shared use. This European inspired communal atmosphere is really fun, never awkward or weird and is one of the things that makes my home so special! Please see my reviews for how awesome its been!! Your space is provided with light cleaning service within the common areas to include trash service, vacuuming and bathroom tidy up. Clean towels, bathroom amenities, full laundry access with the necessary soaps and softeners plus complementary tea and coffee along with a few tasty snacks are just a few things that make staying with us great! I look forward to hosting you!! This bedroom offer a queen bed. Please check out my other listing, "Simple w/ a Twist (Q)" to book both bedrooms (if available). You will be given check-in instruction the day of your arrival to allow for access to the property at your leisure. I will try my best to greet you when you arrive to acclimate you to the space and introduce you to my doggies (who always remain upstairs). My listing accommodates late night check-ins too! My home is well marked out by the street to help you locate the home when you arrive. You will access the home from the front door, then you proceed downstairs to the guest shared living area, and your private room. Each room comes with a key to the house. I am always available to make your stay as convenient and comfortable as possible. I do plan on being a little social but just to say hi, get you acclimated and see if you have any needs! Additionally, depending on when you arrive and what my schedule looks like, I might be able to pick you up from the airport. I live so close it doesn't make any sense to pay for a taxi if I'm available. I live in a great neighborhood located on the upper bench right near Hillcrest Golf Course. 12-15 minutes from downtown, 7-8 to the freeway, and very close to Meridian. Our neighborhood is very safe and friendly and mostly quite. Again I am less than 8 minutes from the airport which makes this the perfect spot for airline personnel or people flying in to enjoy what Boise has to offer, however we do have some airport noise. There is parking right in front of the house if you're driving. It’s a $12.00 - $15.00 Uber ride from my house to downtown and there is a bus stop at Vista and Canal (stop #5) probably a 10-15 walk. I have been known to help out with rides when feasible. I LOVE GERIATRIC DOGS!!! Old dogs are the best and I have 3.5 of them :) Don't worry they have zero access to your space and are very well behaved. Additionally we have recently added a cat to the mix. His name is Tucker. They sleep almost all the time and we make every effort to ensure the dogs are put up when you arrive to avoid the full blown welcome. This is really the only time they bark. We don't like barking and discourage it at all times.$
