In the living room there is a new and comfortable oversized sectional lounger with extra resort quality linens as well. If you need more beds in our master bedroom closet is a queen size Tempur-Pedic blow up memory foam toped mattress. The bathroom has a large tub and shower and is stocked with resort quality towels and all standard amenities including hair dryer. <br><br>We have flat-screen televisions mounted in the living room and the bedroom with cable TV provided. There is also free WiFi high-speed internet access (password provided). <br><br>We have a washer and dryer in the unit including detergent and fabric softener.<br><br>You will have access to the private pool that is for condo owners/guests only: This is located about 100 yards from our unit: It is gorgeous and rarely used, so it's practically private. You will love the fact that you can bring your own food and drinks into this pool area (no glass please). <br><br>There are gas grills located directly behind the building making it easy and enjoyable to cook out while on your visit. BBQ tools are located in the condo. <br><br>Horseshoe Bay itself is an amazing place to visit and you will love it here! <br><br>There is great fishing in Horseshoe Bay! You can drop a line any number of places, so please ask us for our favorite spots, or you can book a guided fishing excursion with one of the local fishing companies. <br><br>You can rent boats from the LBJ Yacht Club and Marina and boats or jet skis from Splash in Kingsland. This immaculately clean, 915 sq ft condo has been beautifully updated with cozy furnishings that offer guests spectacular views, Lake LBJ access (constant level!), and waterfront docking.<br><br>The large relaxing covered porch is just feet off the water and overlooks the day docks on Lake LBJ. Enjoy incredible sunsets while you're grilling, reading, dining or sipping a cool beverage. This is the perfect place to be with your morning coffee too. The back porch is complete with ceiling fans and sun shades if needed, or for cool mornings there is propane heater to keep you warm.<br><br>At the day docks you can fish, swim, paddle board or dock your boat or jet ski during your stay. The day docks are located directly below your back porch where you can easily relax and keep an eye on the kids while they swim.<br><br>The large master has a super comfy king size bed, flat screen and large walk-in closet. The second bedroom has twin-over-full bunk beds.<br><br>The luxurious bathroom is Jack and Jill style that shares a large custom tiled shower.<br><br>The kitchen is fully equipped, which includes refrigerator, Kuerig, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, and two bar stools at the kitchen counter. The cold water at the kitchen sink is filtered.<br><br>NO SMOKING - a fumigation fee of $150 will be automatically applied if smoking is detected by our cleaners. <br><br>Pets allowed with a fee, but please ensure your pets are well behaved and potty trained. Unfortunately we can only allow small dogs under 20 lbs due to condo size and damage we’ve incurred in the past.<br><br>Parking -- there is one assigned spot for this unit. There's also additional first come first serve parking on the street in front of the complex.<br><br>Boats and Trailers -- there is no way to launch a boat or store a trailer at this condo complex. The Tipis at Hozhoni are “on the beaten path” – next to our glampominium.<br><br>Ours is a unique “urban glamping:” experience as our accommodations are together up on a hill, sharing incredible sunset views, and the night lights of Horseshoe Bay.<br><br>Our tipis are a fun place to spend the night and enjoy a jetted bath under the open tipi. Come stay with us and sleep under the stars!<br><br>On a private deck on the second floor of our glampominium is The Eagle's Nest Retreat, our largest luxury safari tent is perched above Horseshoe Bay on a huge private deck with incredible views of the sunset and night sky.<br><br>The Eagle's Nest Retreat has a large private deck, private restroom, indoor/outdoor shower and an outdoor \"starbathing\" tub. This luxury safari tent includes a king size bed, mini-frig, microwave and coffee maker.<br><br>(note: The Eagle's Nest Retreat is part of our Glampominium project - at times you may be able to hear your neighbors on their decks as the decks are each connected to the structure.
