Enjoy your stay in a coastal themed penthouse condo on the top floor (5th) with a spectacular view of Terry Cove Bay and Perdido Bridge from your oversized balcony. Alabama beaches are very close by car or boat. Lots of nearby islands are awaiting you by boat or kayak. The grounds are immaculate and beautifully landscaped with palms, tropical plants, and spectacular lighting. The covered parking garage is near the condo for conveniently unloading luggage and groceries. There are great restaurants, shopping, and entertainment within a few minutes drive. *A parking pass must be purchased in lobby upon arrival for $34.95/vehicle (limit 2). Bring your boat or personal watercraft and launch it from SeaSpray Riverside and cruise Ole River around Ono Island or head out to the Gulf of Mexico. Our condo is within 2 miles of Gulf of Mexico deep sea fishing charter boat services. Don't have a boat, but want to get further out from the beach? We are within a 17 minute drive to the Alabama Gulf State Park Pier. At 1,540 feet, the new pier is the second longest pier on the Gulf of Mexico and has 2,448 feet of fishing space, not to mention a fish cleaning station.<br><br>Your group may want to play golf at one of the nearby courses, such as Lost Key. Or you may want to spend some time at The National SeaShore and the Naval Air Museum in Pensacola. Shopping is also close at the Tangier Outlet in Foley or the many shops at The Wharf in Orange Beach. There are many dining options in Perdido Key including the Crab Trap, The Oyster Bar, Shrimp Basket, and Lillian's Pizza. We are 2 miles from the Alabama border. There you will find the coastal city of Orange Beach. My favorite restaurants in Orange Beach are The Gulf, Cobalt, Doc's Seafood Shack and Oyster Bar, Cosmo's and Tacky Jack's!<br><br><br>Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo (1240 square feet) is located on the ground floor, so we are just a few steps from the beach. You will park right outside the front door and unpack your luggage without having to bother with any elevators! <br><br><br>The view from our large living/dining area and kitchen directly overlooks beach. We decorated our condo with a casual yet upscale atmosphere that you will love. We have a queen sleeper sofa, loveseat and two comfortable recliners to lounge in when you are not on the beach. The dining area has seating for six with two additional counter stools. The spacious master bedroom has a king size bed, while the guest bedroom has a queen size bed. We love the huge walk-in shower in the master bathroom. You even have a full size washer/dryer when you must wash some clothes! We are steps away from the Seaspray workout area. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a walk In closet. The master bath has water jet tub, stand alone shower, and a double sink vanity. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the attached bath has a tub/shower. The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer, ironing board and iron.Our condo is comfortably furnished and has A 55 inch smart flat screen tv and blu--RAY dvd player in the living room.Their are large flat screen tv's with dvd players in both bedrooms. We also have WiFi, books and games. Orange Beach Indian and Sea Museum and Adventure Island are also worth visiting. <br> Our Unit 1518, on the top floor located on the “preferred” west side with morning sun is a New Rental to Phoenix on the Bay. Outstanding Panoramic View of the Bay and Ocean, this two bedroom is beautiful as it is decorated to “The Nines!” Because our unit wasn't a rental unit, the furnishings are not typical of a condo rental.<br>The living room is bright and spacious with hard wood floors, a beautiful grey queen couch w/pullout sofa bed, leather recliner and designer chair with an area rug, coupled with a dedicated clear ice maker and wet bar, entertainment center and 65 inch Samsung Smart TV, blue ray player and fireplace (can used with heat or no heat). The dining area has Cain Back chairs and round wooden table with designer chandelier.<br>The kitchen has all stainless-steel appliances, Corian counter tops, flat stove top and tile floors, a Keurig and regular coffer maker, crockpot and all cookware you my ever need!<br>We use only premium linen: white on white satin sheets stripe and bath towels and hand towels are upgraded to 27 X 54 /17 lb. and 16 X 30/4.5 lb weight for your enjoyment. <br>The master bedroom has hard wood floors, king size bed, 55 inch Samsung TV with its own wall fireplace (w heat or w/o heat) and plantation shutters. There is plenty of dresser draw space and storage. The bathroom has a jetted Jacuzzi, make-up mirror and hair dryer for your stay here. <br>The second bedroom has a queen bed, flat screen TV with hard wood floors and plantation shutters. We also provide bean bag chairs for the kids, a Kids Travel Bed set that sleeps one and portable crib. Unlike most other 2 Bedroom floor plans, the second bathroom has it's own entry from the hallway as well as in the second bedroom.<br>Our unit comes with a washer and dryer for your convenience. <br>You will love our balcony where you have a sensational panoramic view of Phoenix on the Bay and the ocean. Is a well stocked kitchen, comfortable mattresses/quality cotton sheets/plush cotton linens in bathrooms, large flat screen tv’s, and a clean environment important to you? Perhaps you are looking for an ice maker at the wet bar instead of a wine cooler! We offer all of this along with new stainless appliances including a new front load washer & dryer, new large flat screen tv's in all rooms (see pictures), new furniture including a sofa sleeper in the den, sleep well on new memory foam LEESA mattresses in both bedrooms, upgraded bath fixtures in both bathrooms, and new flooring in bedrooms (no carpet). We have also installed custom black-out curtains in the living area for those who like to sleep in. You will find a fully stocked kitchen filled with cookware & dinnerware, a disposal, dishwasher, 2 coffee makers (Keurig and a regular 12 cup maker), and a new crockpot along with a blender, sink, and auto ice maker at the wet bar. Linens are provided. You will have an awesome 4th floor view of the lazy river, pools, putting green, marina, and boating action on Terry Cove while relaxing on our balcony in our comfortable patio furniture. We have a table with captain’s chairs, a chaise lounge, and two cushioned club chairs with ottomans.
