See what's going on at Moda Center or Veterans Memorial Coliseum. <br> This is a studio apartment near the popular Woodstock neighborhood with an abundance of great restaurants, as well as a park and community center offering an indoor pool and gym only 2 blocks away. We are near bus lines and I-205, and a quick drive from downtown. The space is cozy, open, flooded with natural light, and boasts a fully stocked kitchen and private deck. Our place would be a fantastic choice for couples, friends, solo adventurers, or business travelers. Kids are welcome, too! <br><br>Sleeping Areas:<br>Please be aware that this is a studio apartment, without a closing door between the bedroom area and living room/kitchen area. The bedroom has a queen sized bed, the couch folds out to a full size bed (comfortable for one adult or two smallish children), and there is a single loft bed over the stairway. None of the three beds are visible to one another because of the layout. Four adults can comfortably stay here, and 5 people if some are children. We also have a very nice travel crib for guests to use, and a floor futon mattress for an additional sleeping space if necessary. <br><br>The space:<br>We've stocked the kitchen with a variety of cooking tools and a few basic ingredients (spices, olive oil, sugar), but if you need anything else, chances are we have it downstairs and would be happy to lend it to you, just ask!<br><br>Iron/ironing board, extra linens and pillows, a DVD player, DVDs and books, and a hair dryer are also available in the apartment.<br><br>Guest access:<br>You'll have your own dedicated door and entryway, accessed by key code. Laundry facilities are available for use through prior arrangement, just let us know if you need them!<br><br>Interaction with guests:<br>We are home much of the time, most days. If you need anything or have any questions, just text, call or knock on our door, we'll be happy to help.<br><br>Other things to note:<br>We have 4 kids, who you may see in the backyard, and may occasionally hear playing during the day.<br><br>The neighborhood community center has an indoor play pool with slide, lap pool, and hot tub as well as a basketball gym, drop in fitness classes, and fitness center. <br>")

All pets must be approved in advance. You must confirm that the animal has no history of property destruction, indoor urination/defecation, aggression, or excessive noise. I expect you to have the animal with you or crated when you're not home. In order to maintain an allergen-low environment for other guests, I have our cleaners do deep cleans after every animal stays there and hire a carpet / upholstery cleaner if necessary. Any undisclosed pet will result in a large penalty. FEES: Dogs and cats: 14 days or less: $100 // 15 days or more: $200. This fee does not cover any damages caused by the pet that result in excessive cleaning or repairs <br><br>ESAs / Service animals: If you have an ESA animal please send me a copy of the paperwork including the letter from your healthcare provider. If you have a service animal trained to help you with a disability, I will be asking you the following legally allowable questions: 1) Is the service animal required because of a disability? 2) What work or task has the animal been trained to perform? (Your disability does not need to be disclosed)<br><br>NOISE: No excessive / sustained noise allowed. No parties. No yelling. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am. This building is well insulated, but you do have neighbors above you and beside you. You may likely hear muffled voices, muffled music, occasional muffled dog barks, and people coming and going from the building in the shared stairwell. You may also see other tenants on their (separate) balconies. Also, with the doors and windows closed, you will not hear the highway. However, when you open the doors, you will hear the far-off sound of highway noise -- not individual cars or trucks (more like the ocean ;-))<br><br>NO SMOKING: No smoking anywhere on the property, not even the balcony. Smoke travels to other tenants' apartments.<br><br>CLEANING: Sometimes a cleaner does a poor job and it catches me (and you!) off guard. Please let me know if the cleaner missed something(s) important and allow us to fix the issue. I assure you that we strongly value cleanliness and any lack of cleanliness is not on purpose. Also on the main floor is the large bathroom, wheelchair accessible, and the garage, which has been semi-converted into a bonus room with a convertible couch and a wall-mounted 40\" television.<br><br>On the second floor are the two bedrooms. The east bedroom (see pictures 9-11) has two single beds in an alcove and a queen-size futon in the main area which, during the day, can serve as seating for TV watching. Off the east bedroom is a deck (see picture 12), facing east, which makes a great spot to sit with your coffee to watch the morning sunrise.
