Yes, you will no longer have to make the beds. Plus, and we hope it never gets used, there will also be a fully automatic AED heart defibrillator in the unit.<br><br>Direct Ocean Front condo with North East exposure which means the sun will not overpower the balcony view all day long.<br> <br>We recently had a family stay with us and then they needed three bedrooms the following year. <br>They wrote to us, \"However, I will say (and I've already mentioned this to my husband) that nothing compares to the personal touch you showed us with our stay...from the time I booked with you. Personal e-mails and phone calls go a long way in my book!<br>Unfortunately, I have yet to hear from the actual owner of the condo we're staying in. I receive e-mails from the \"manager\" of the condo, but that's it. <br>I guess I was spoiled dealing with you 2 years ago and just expected any VRBO to be like you. So...kudos to you! Keep that up!<br>I also wanted to tell you one of the first things my husband asked about the place we booked was \"do they have a locker like the last time?\" Funny that this was his biggest excitement with your rental. Sadly, the one we're staying in this year does not. Another win for you!<br>Your location was prime...from the parking spot right near the elevator to the pool being right there...just everything was great. As much as I'm looking forward to going, I'm going to miss these little luxuries this year. <br>I will keep you in mind for next year. I already checked out the renovations you made...looks beautiful!!<br>A returning guest wrote, \"We arrived safely around 5 PM and are heating up crab cakes and baked potatoes from Mike's Crab Shack in Annapolis. Event begins at a posted time around 7 PM and ends promptly at 9 PM so don't be late. (summer season)<br><br>Inside you will find a king bed in the ocean side master bedroom and a queen and a full (double) bed in the second bedroom. Both rooms have luggage racks to keep your bags off the floor. The condo sleeps up to 6.<br><br>Step out onto the 18 foot long by 6 foot balcony running the full width of the living room and to just past a sliding door into the master bedroom. Perfect for night time solitude or ocean breezes. <br>Yes, everything you need; an updated kitchen with a complete set of appliances for your use and convenience- refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, pizza pans, coffee maker, dishes, cooking utensils, washer and dryer.<br>We have the cleaning and linen service set up for full weeks beginning on Saturday and ending the following Saturday always during June, July and August and usually during April, May and September during the shoulder season. Inquiries can be made for LONG WEEKENDS during the shoulder season (3-4 night minimum) by inquiring about a full week and writing a message stating the dates you want. We can then edit the quote and you can immediately book the nights you want. This works especially when you see a couple open days around the time you want to book.<br><br>Sea Colony Recreational Association requires the purchase of guest badges to use the beach, facilities and to be on the grounds. Guest Badge Fees are per person per week ages 4 and over (rates tend to stay about the same from year to year) so for 2022 they are, from 1/1/22 to 5/6/22 $15 .....5/7/22 - 06/10/22 $25 …......6/11/22 - 9/16/22 $47…...... 9/17/22 - 9/23/22 $25 …….9/23/22 - 3/31/23 $15. All passengers of vehicles entering the East property must have a badge. Vehicles and pedestrians will be checked at entrances. You will receive a no cost second car pass if purchasing 3 adult passes. Watch the under the building heights as they tend to vary so don't get your car damaged.....around 6 feet.<br><br>Booking is simple. Look at the RATES tab and scroll down to the week you want, see the cost and \"request\" a quote via the VRBO computer. You can then hit the BOOK IT BUTTON where likewise you will see the total costs AND THEN use your credit card to make an instant booking. You- will -not- be- charged- for- looking- at- costs, only if you go- ahead- and- submit- credit- card -information. The \"owner costs\" are for bed sheets for the three beds, 6 towels, 6 pillowcases and 2 bath mats for 6 people, plus the cleaner costs which includes making up the 3 beds. VRBO has their fee which is a varying percentage of the booking amount. We require a $500 damage deposit which is a \"hold\" put on your credit card. The damage deposit hold will be removed about 2 weeks following your departure. <br>Some renters choose to pay us directly to reduce our credit card fees and we return the damage deposits to renters the following Tuesday assuming no damage if they made the second payment directly to us. (We then mark the second payment paid on the VRBO site) You will be offered insurances for other issues you may have such as accident, illness, job change etc. preventing taking a vacation.<br><br> A WORD ABOUT THE EXIT CLEANING FEE<br>After your stay, your cleaning fee pays for recovering the rental and making it ready for the next traveler. Likewise for the linens which are commercially laundered by our supplier.<br><br>MINIMUM AGE TO RENT IS 30.<br><br>Some paper products will likely be in the house when you arrive. You will need to supply your own paper plates and cutlery if desired. There should be, at the very least, a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dishwasher soap and dishwashing liquid. Again, please replace it if you use the last of something so the next guest has what they need as well. Leaving 5 drops of liquid soap or a sheet of toilet paper on the roll is not a starter supply. <br>If you have not been to Sea Colony's Chesapeake building recently you will enjoy the fabulous 3 year renovation. All the windows, sliders, railings and so much more have been replaced or resurfaced.
