There is roughly 55,000 square feet of retail shopping within Grand Panama for you to enjoy. One of the best things about Ocean Reef is that covered parking is located in the same building and is very close to the high-speed elevators. (At most condos you have to park across the street and carry your bags to your condo.) We encourage our cleaners to use sustainable products.<br><br>Ocean Reef is a 162 unit, 23-floor property with five floors of private parking located in the same building. We are located at the highly sought, west beaches of Panama City Beach. 329 feet of Private Beach Area. Our 2 bedroom, Ocean Reef condo includes free Wi-Fi and a fully equipped kitchen in case you want to cook. We have high 10-foot ceilings and 8-foot doors. Only 5 of the upper floors have this type of floorplan. There are no extra charges other than what is included in the rate quote. There is a maximum occupancy of 6 persons, per the state of Florida fire code. 3 high-speed elevators are just a few steps away from our Reserved Covered Beach Side Parking space. (Extra parking is available across the street) 1,146 square feet, 2 bedrooms, (a king-sized bed in the main and a queen-sized in the 2nd bedroom), and 2 full private baths. (We ask that all our guests please remove their shoes once inside). Keyless Entry! We provide an access door code for your convenience. Access will be at the tip of your fingers and there are no keys to misplace. Granite Countertops and Stainless Steel Appliances. We offer both K-Cup and traditional drip coffee makers. I thought you might like to have the links to ALL of my units. All prices include cleaning fees. Please contact me personally, if you have any questions. And, please reference the vrbo calendars, to verify current openings, prices, or book Online. <br><br>That being said...Let me tell you more about my Condos. When looking at each Unit, it will say in the \"description\" the Condo number...if it says 208, then it is on the second floor... #107, #101, and #109 are on the first floor with gated patio access direct to the pool or beach...No waiting on elevators! What I think is cool (and I'm a mother of 3 teenage boys, with rafts and boogie boards), is that the first-floor Units, ALL have a patio with a gate, that goes directly to the pool or beach, so they can just throw their gear on the patio on the way into the Unit. AND No waiting on elevators either! In Unit 101, the patio opens to the end of the pool, by the BBQ grills, while Unit 109 is on the opposite end, by the Tiki Bar... Units are super convenient, especially if making food or beverages to take to the beach, heehee...<br><br>Of course, if you are looking for a View, you might want #1107 (Tiled floors throughout AND a large balcony). Keeping in mind that #208 or #304 is low enough to holler at your kids, from the balcony and call them for dinner, lol....while being up, high enough for a Great View too.<br><br>If you are looking for more bang for your buck, Unit #106 in Tower 2, is a great choice. It has a larger living room, than the 2 and 3 bedrooms, and a fantastic view of the Strip/Ocean. This unit is located in Tower 2, and on the same floor as, the rooftop, heated pool, and fitness center. <br><br>Something else to keep in mind is that I treat each of my Units, as I would my own home. I try to outfit each with Crockpots, Rachel Ray (or similar) Knives, Blender, Pizza Pans, Cookie sheets, Spices, Keurig (K-cup) Coffee Makers, etc...(yes, I like to cook, haha) I want you to have the same comfort, that you would in your own home. I have also installed cable, and free Internet access, in each of my units.
